The apartment «Vostok-Art» is situated separately in Sumskaya Street, opposite the park and the monument to Taras Shevchenko.

Our standard Suite supposes a presence in an apartment of a bathroom, a hall, a kitchenette, upholstered furniture, a double bed, an LCD TV with the cable channels and a conditioner. A kitchenette is a compact variant with a refrigerator, a microwave stove, an electric kettle and tableware. All the apartments are connected to the off-line system of heating and hot water.

In the luxe apartments the areas of bedroom and living-room are separated, also they are equipped with a kitchen-dining-room and an LCD TV of a megascopic size.
